Twilight and New Moon - Buffy and Angel meets Underworld

I envy the people who can get money by inventing a fashion, making a trend. It was J.K Rowling's Harry Potter, now it’s all that's related to Vampires. True Blood, The Vampire Diaries , Cirque du Freak : The Vampire's Assistant come after Buffy the Vampire Slayer success. The slayer was a strong woman, but there was already an emotional vampire in Angel. There's anything more arousing to men than a sexy and beautiful girl that can kick ass and a powerful and sexy vampire who has a reluctance of biting a girl's neck because he loves her? He needs blood right? He can control his almost uncontrollable thirst because of love...how nice. And romantic. If only men could control their thirst for sex like Robert Pattinson does... (see the message?).
True blood explored sex, Underworld explored the amazing fights and possibilities of the fight between werewolves and vampires initialized on Van Helsing. Stephanie Meier's explore the problems and difficulties of teen love, and especially between different species, a girl and a vampire or a werewolf, or we could say, between a man and a woman. It seems nowadays love is’ so hard as falling in love with a vampire. Love and Death: the great ingredients of a story; Romeo and Juliet. There's only one life for loving, nothing last forever, and love is coming to last less and less.
I didn’t like the movie very much, but then, i wasn’t expecting much. Maybe i'm getting old :-). It’s hard to believe in ideal love when we got through some relationships and faced some deceptions or mistakes, and i think the movie doesn't bring much new. There are real vampires that suck the blood, money, sex and work of other humans, and they don’t need to disguise or sleep at day. And there are not many men that would not use a woman for satisfy their needs.
There's a big question in the air. If Romeo and Juliet got married, would he cheat her, would she see that he wasn't the man she dreamed of? Would they divorce in some years? Passion is stronger when forbidden, when we can’t have it, when we need to move the world to get it.
